In a shocking incident that highlights the increasing cases of violence among students, a Form Four student from Gai Secondary School in Kyuso, Mwingi North, is currently receiving treatment at Kimbene Hospital. This follows a violent attack by a fellow student over a debt of Ksh 100.

According to reports, the victim was allegedly stabbed in the back by his friend, who had lent him Ksh 100. This incident has caused concern among parents, teachers, and community leaders in Kyuso, who are worried about the growing lack of conflict resolution skills among young people.

Police have arrested the suspect involved in the stabbing, sending a strong warning that such violent behavior will not be tolerated.
