The court has ordered the police chief to produce the two missing men, identified as Boniface Kimani and Elijah Mwangi, by January 17, 2025.
Justice Chacha Mwita, presiding over the case, emphasized the importance of accountability and adherence to the rule of law. If the men cannot be produced alive, the Inspector General must present their bodies in court.
